Certa Global was established in 2019 to assist ATCO Frontec International, part of the ATCO Group headquartered in Alberta, Canada, to expand to new territories and industry sectors. Our Team Members are:
Erik van der Berg
Erik is a logistics and procurement veteran whose relationship with ATCO goes back 20+ years working on contracts with the Canadian armed forces in Bosnia, Kosovo, Cape Verde and Afghanistan.
He has 25+ years experience supporting Oil and Gas, Mining, Construction, UN, NATO and other military projects in conflict and post-conflict theaters and has a vast network of business, logistics and supplier contacts relevant to remote site works and secondary support operations.
David Bruijntjes
David was born and raised in a United Nations family and has consequently lived in 12 different countries and worked in many more.
He is a seasoned business professional with 16+ years extensive international experience working in multi-cultural organizations in the fields of real estate development, construction and engineering and project consultancy.
Andrew Ackerman
Andy was born and raised in Zimbabwe and has comprehensive experience and operational knowledge of Southern Africa.
HE has a legal background (UK) and subsequently qualified as a project manager with KBR UK. With an acute understanding of operating in the region he is well-versed in contractual requirements of operating in remote sites.
